Who we are

These terms are an agreement between you and Edgar, trading as Pheltryn (“Pheltryn”, “we”, “us”). Pheltryn is gym management software. Paid plans from Basic include a custom website built for your club. The service is offered worldwide and billed in USD. Questions: legal@pheltryn.com.

By creating an account, starting the trial, or paying for a plan, you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and the Cookie Policy. If you use Pheltryn for a gym, you confirm you are 18 or older and authorised to bind that business.

The service

Pheltryn provides (a) a multi-tenant dashboard for gym owners, trainers and members, (b) on paid plans from Basic, a custom website built around the brand materials you submit, and (c) optional custom-domain connection with automated TLS. The 10-day trial is software only and does not include a custom website. Basic includes one custom web model. Premium and Max include three custom web models, of which you choose one. Plan limits (trainers, members, web models, workout plans, videos, nutrition) are enforced in the database, not only in the interface.

• Gym owners sign in with Google Identity.
• Trainers and members may sign in with Google or a native Gmail account.
• You may invite staff and members by email. You are responsible for who you invite and for the data you store about them.
• Public gym pages and trainer ratings may be visible on the internet when you publish them.

Trial, plans and payment

The 10-day trial is only for gyms that have not started a paid checkout. No card is required to start a trial. The moment you submit a paid plan (monthly or annual), the trial on that Google account closes and there are no extra free days. Paid capacity unlocks after we confirm the transfer. Prices are published in USD: Basic $25/month or $270/year, Premium $50/month or $540/year, Max $80/month or $864/year, unless we agree a custom plan in writing.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually. Annual billing is 10% off twelve months. Cancel anytime: access continues until the end of the period already paid. Checkout shows the published payment rails (PayPal, Binance Pay, Airtm, pago móvil and Banesco). Card numbers are not stored in Pheltryn.

Refunds are described in the Refund Policy. Chargebacks or unpaid invoices may suspend the gym until the balance is cleared.

Your content and your gym’s brand

You keep ownership of logos, copy, photos, videos, recipes and member records you upload. You grant Pheltryn a licence to host, back up, display and process that content solely to run the service and to build and serve your club website.

• You warrant you have the rights to every file and story you send us (logo, photos, exercise videos, member data).
• You must have a lawful basis to invite trainers and members and to store their information.
• Do not upload malware, or content that is illegal, pornographic involving minors, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
• A domain you claim must be yours to use. Verification proves control of DNS, not that we investigated trademark ownership.

Acceptable use

• Do not attack, scrape or probe other tenants, or attempt to raise your own plan without paying.
• Do not use the trial to spin up unlimited gyms. Creation is capped per owner.
• Do not send spam from invites or member messages.
• We may suspend an account that threatens the platform, other gyms, or the payment provider’s rules.

Availability and websites we build

We work to keep Pheltryn available, but we do not promise uninterrupted uptime. Maintenance, third-party outages (identity, database, DNS, certificate authorities) and events outside our control can interrupt the service.

The custom website is professional work on paid plans from Basic, delivered on a schedule we confirm after onboarding. Basic includes one custom web model. Premium and Max include three custom web models so you can select one. Layout update requests on Premium and Max are fulfilled in reasonable batches, not as unlimited same-day design. We do not guarantee membership sales, search rankings or revenue.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pheltryn is provided “as is”. We are not liable for lost profits, lost members, or data you delete. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

If you are a consumer in the European Union, United Kingdom or another place with mandatory protections, those protections apply in addition to these terms and prevail where they conflict.

Ending the account

You may stop using Pheltryn at any time. After cancellation or a lapsed payment, we may delete tenant data after a waiting period sufficient to honour a genuine request to come back. Export of your data can be requested at privacy@pheltryn.com while the account still exists.

We may terminate immediately for material breach, illegal use, or unpaid fees after notice.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, except where mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise. If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest still applies.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page is the effective date. Continued use after that date is acceptance of the update. Material changes will also be announced by email to the gym owner when we have an address on file.
